Yes, we made undrallu for Baby Vinayaka. Not very hard to make . Just involved a call to Ammamma and some search of the internet.

What we did
2 cups rice ravva
1/3 cup senaga pappu
4 cups water
dash of cumin seed
pinch of salt

Bring water to a boil then add the rest of the stuff slowly, cook it all together (takes only a few minutes) and then let it cool enough so that you can make balls with it. Then load them into the idli plates and steam them – I kept them on the stove for 20 minutes. I am not giving precise instructions here because it was not anything precise that I did – you can find plenty more recipes for this and even if you make it up as you go along I doubt you will mess up. Just remember, Vinayaka is a baby so don’t get too fancy with spices et al.
